This review applies to a motorhome versus other Freightliner (FL) and Freightliner Oasis Service Centers (FO). 1. No wait for an appointment and no diagnostic minimum. Another FO was two weeks for an appointment, $750 diagnostic minimum and $175 computer hookup fee. 2. Upon arrival staff, are courteous, attentive and efficient. Another local FL service center's attitude is "It's a motorhome. You have all the time in the world while trucks are making people money." 3. Email updates with current status and progress. Other FL, nada. 4. 50A hookup. Other FL service center, nothing. 5. Comprehensive invoice and paperwork listing testing, results and solution. Other FL at most a line or two with bogus computer hookup and shop supply charges that can amount to hundreds of dollars as a percentage of the total parts and labor. 6. Spotless interior after service with driver's seat covered and multiple floor mats on steps and down salon. Other FL have left dirty smudges on the furniture and floor. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!

This was my third interaction with Premier Truck group of Salem and all 3 have been great experiences. Great work by the techs in diagnosing and fixing problems on our Newmar motorhome, and excellent service management by Ryan. Good communication, schedule flexibility, and follow-up. Will definitely be back with any issues related to this coach’s Freightliner chassis.

This is the second time I’ve had my motorhome serviced at Premier truck. I am a veteran and their veteran discount is amazing. Ryan is very helpful and is awesome to work with. This is my number 1 Trusted place to have my diesel pusher work done

Beware Class A RV Owners!!! We have a Class A RV with a Cummins engine and generator that just needed it's 1 yr maintenance, oil and filters changed. We are living full time in it so no home to go to and are traveling in Oregon. We had a 8:30 am appointment which meant that from our campsite. It meant getting up at 4:30 am as it was a 1 1/2 hour trip to there shop. We were told that it would be around 3 hours for the service. So we had breakfast and did some grocery shopping. Returning after 11:00 we see that the coach never move from the spot that we left it at. Questioning why we needed to be here at 8:30 when the assigned tech didn't start work until 11:00 as his hours were 11:00 to 7 No answer. Then after being told that we could stay in their parking lot in a email. Now they said NO Overnight Stays, really. I showed Ryan the email from the manager that said less then a month ago that said we could. So after 8 hours, they still were not finished. during the generator service now the fuel line hose leaks. It didn't leak before they did the service. Next day I had to go and see what was happening at 11;oo am and Ryan told me that they don't have the replacement hose. So they put

I call the service department , Dakota answered , he was extremely polite and helpful,, listened and understood my problem and emergency to be fixed since was the Friday early afternoon . I checked in at service shortly , guys were amazing , they send out for part delivery , finished the job and I was able to continue my trip back home withput any downtime ... The whole place , service area, entrances and exits are spotless clean , personel is friendly, knowledgeable , ... Great expirience , from check in to check out I would recomend this place to everyone , it's good to know that quality service is right there . Thank you everyone , I realy apreciate what you guys have done for me at the end of your working week , from the moment my call was answered I knew I chose the right one . Places like this make me sure I can relay on good man with knowledge and great atotude when I need it the most . Thank you Dakota , and I realy apologize I didn't remember the name of young technician who come out to drivers room to explain what was done and how everthing is finished . One more time , great place , exelent service from good man . I hope that I can have service like this every tim
